TERMITE TREATMENT AND FUMIGATION FOR ESCROW TRANSACTIONS
We have the experience and skills necessary to tackle just about every type of job that comes our way. We offer honest and affordable inspections and do our best to accommodate to schedules and deadlines. Above all, you will receive an honest, comprehensive, and itemized termite report. We offer localized treatments with environmentally safe chemicals as well as fumigation services if needed. Our technicians are highly trained and skilled carpenters (our wood work is never sub contracted out). CARPENTRY SERVICES
We employ skilled technicians that have years of experience in the wood work and maintenance of homes. Our wood work is never subcontracted out therefore saving our customers money in the long run.
ANNUAL CONTROL SERVICE
We offer the option to homeowners to start their home on a Termite Control Service Contract. For an annual fee, homeowners will have a yearly inspection and coverage for localized treatment for drywood termites in their home. With the inspection reports, homeowners will also receive information on wood damage or other areas that are conducive to termite infestation and our professional recommendations.
